My Dr. Denese

Today I used my first tanning glove.  I followed the directions, however, I don't know how long I should wait before applying my hydroshield and other skin care to my face.  I know the directions say it will take approximately 3 minutes for the product to dry.  I applied all over my body and stood in front of a fan for 5-10 minutes before I dressed.  Will applying hydroshield and other skin care stop the tanning process?  Thank you.

Great question. We recommend waiting about 5-7 minutes before applying HydroShield or any other skin care products so that the tanning application has a few minutes to absorb and dry fully. Applying these products will not stop the developing process.
i bought them on qvc and can't use em as i can 't get passed the smell .. only product of dr d's i had problem with.. wasted money .
I am disappointed with the tanning gloves, I still get drips and white streaks. My sweet husband who prides himself on his paining prowess even tried and it was still splotchy. I would love to see Dr. D come out with a good body cream that just deposits a little tanning colorant so you gradually build up over a few days. I use a drug store type of this kind of cream and love the subtle effect and by using it every day any missed spots or heavy spots just blend and never show.
