Vitamins

In chapter three of Dr . Denese's book Secrets For Ageless Skin ,Dr denese talks about vitmans . Is there any one out there that can explain to me a little further what i shoulde be taking daily . She lists off so many i am confused as to what to take or what is already in a multivitamin .
